## Job description
- 负责所属大区经销商销量目标制定、分解、达成全过程管理，并对销量目标达成异常经销商进行分析及提升；
- 按照公司运营标准落实经销商到店运营检查，并落实经销商政策执行、展厅物料等现场检查，结合经销商运营水平开展运营能力提升；
- 按照所属大区网络开发计划开展网络开发、网络建设和验收等工作；
- 配合大区区市场岗位指导经销商制定企划活动方案并监控实施，参与公司组织的终端车展、上市活动、巡展等线下活动；
- 针对经销商店面、资金、库存等运营状况实施监控并反馈；
- 针对区域竞品价格、政策、传播活动等开展现场走访、调研并反馈。
- 从事销售/管理类工作3年以上；
- 有驻外、经销商管理类工作经历优先；
- 年龄35岁以下，男性，具有较强的抗压能力，大学本科及以上；
- 服从全国调配，能够接受长期驻外工作。
