## Job description

### 日常行政办公事务处理
- 统一对行政公文进行管理，负责公文的统一接收、传递、制作、发送；负责印鉴管理，审核印鉴申请；

### 财产物资管理
- 根据各部门提供所需行政财产物资的申请，统一协调或购买；对公司行政财产进行登记、造册，定期进行盘点；

### 行政费用控制管理
- 牵头编制年度行政费用预算，根据年度费用预算严格控制各项行政费用支出及确认费用分摊范围，按月分摊各项费用。

### 教育与专业
- 工商管理、行政、人力资源或相关专业，本科及以上学历。

### 工作经验要求
- 博士≥1年、硕士≥3年、本科≥5年、大专≥8年；5年以上行政管理经验；

### 职业素养要求
- 形象好，对外沟通灵活，熟悉行政礼仪；

### 特殊资格/条件要求
- 有较强的沟通表达能力，执行力强；

### 身体状况要求
- 身体健康，无传染性疾病；
