## Job description
- 快速响应区域和门店技术咨询，提供整车技术支持；
- 对于责任门店进行巡回走访，驻店培训和技术核检，提升技术能力和FFV；
- 横向拉通资源，协同区域服务和门店，快速解决质量引起的相关客诉；
- 技术能力建设，提升自身问题闭环能力，并对于门店进行赋能

### 教育背景
- 本科及以上学历

### 工作经验
- 一线品牌3年以上汽车行业售后技术支持工作经历

### 专业知识
- 熟悉整车诊断，尤其是纯电汽车诊断技术，能够独立承担疑难案件诊断

### 能力要求
- 具备多方沟通组织能力，能够以技术为核心，快速解决门店和客户诉求
