## Job description
- 负责本专业的系统、零部件的设计开发和验证，负责各类技术文件的编制和确认；
- 负责本专业内部的技术集成，并协助跨系统的技术集成；
- 负责内饰件气味性开发管理和FESO签署工作；
- 负责本专业系统、零件的质量提升和持续改进；
- 负责承接整车年度降本目标完成内饰系统零部件成本分析及VAVE方案的制定与具体实施；
- 负责专业能力提升，负责零件、系统的FMEA研究，建立技术规范、技术路径规划；
- 协助综合匹配开展MB认可等相关工作。

### 生源资质
- 本科及以上学历。

### 专业要求
- 交通运输、计算机、电子信息工程、自动化专业、车辆工程等相关专业。

### 证书要求
- 能正常取得国家颁发的毕业证及学位证。

### 在校表现
- 党员、优秀毕业生、学生干部等优先考虑。 57、其他要求：身体健康，热爱汽车行业，乐于奉献，敢于挑战。
