## Job description
- 负责车载音响系统全流程开发与交付。
- 承担音响零部件方案设计、选型认证、BOM 维护与技术规范制定。
- 牵头音响 DV/PV 试验、问题分析、整改验证及整车声学性能达标。
- 对接供应商开展技术管控、样件认可、交付跟踪与量产质量保障。
- 协同结构、NVH、电子、测试完成音响系统集成、联调与问题闭环。
- 负责音响零部件变更管理、成本优化、平台复用与标准化建设。
- 本科及以上，电子、声学、车辆工程相关，10年以上车载音响开发经验。
- 精通音响零部件开发、DV/PV、PPAP、ECN、BOM、车规质量要求。
- 熟悉整车 NVH、电磁兼容、台架测试、实车调音与系统集成逻辑。
- 具备独立问题分析、供应商管控、试验推进与量产交付能力。
- 熟悉座舱电子架构、线束、安装结构、系统匹配与合规要求。
