## Job description

### 主要负责
- 外饰附件部塑料件结构设计系统能力规划及工程师开发能力培养；

### 次要负责
- 外饰附件部零件产品各节点设计类交付物（SSTS/CTS/DFMEA/DVP等）的校核；

### 辅助协调
- 在高级主任师的带领下，负责外饰附件的新结构设计，新工艺技术方案确定，牵头产品质量问题的攻关；

### 教育背景
- 本科及以上学历，机械设计、自动化以及机电一体化、材料成型等专业。

### 工作经验
- 本科≥10年，硕士≥8年相关工作经验。

### 专业知识
- 主机厂或塑料件系统开发或相关工作经验、具备较强的沟通和技术管理能力。

### 能力要求
- 成就导向、分析思维、积极主动、诚实正直；
