### 市场研究
- 洞察客户特征及潮流趋势，研究竞品车企备件精品新品方向，形成汽车后市场产品（精品.备件）消费需求季度分析；

### 商品开发规划
- 结合车型上市节奏或节假日.季节需求，制订商品（前装精品.生活精品）开发规划，并组织关键客户完成可行性评估；

### 项目进度管理
- 负责所辖开发项目的进度通报及异常管控。

### 学历
- 大学本科及以上；

### 专业
- 汽车相关或市场学相关专业；

### 工作经验
- 2年及以上相关经验，有汽车后市场备件精品规划工作经历者优先；
- 有敏锐的市场洞察力.较强的沟通能力.抗压能力和团队合作能力；
- 熟练使用各类办公软件。
