## Job description
- 负责国内外ESG政策跟踪解读与重大风险识别；
- 持续梳理更新ESG风险地图并完善相应的应对机制；
- 负责商业道德与公司治理等ESG相关议题政策制度起草；
- 与内外部利益相关方沟通推动治理相关ESG战略规划与落地；
- 完成上级临时交办的其他ESG工作。
- 具备合规/风控企业治理等议题管理实践经验。掌握国内外企业在企业治理相关ESG议题下的监管要求发展趋势与企业主流应对实践。
- 具备较强的风险意识，及时发现识别的企业治理ESG风险项，并能有效协同跟踪相关部门改进。
- 熟悉国内外企业监管。
- 硕士研究生学历，管理类专业背景。
- 善于沟通协同、具备项目管理能力与经验。
