负责AI计算核心的微架构设计与实现，专注于张量/向量计算阵列、本地存储层次及数据流优化，以高效加速深度学习算子。 具备丰富的并行计算架构设计经验，精通深度学习算子硬件加速与脉动阵列实现，熟练掌握大规模数据路径单元的微架构设计与优化。
