## Job description
- 维护内部技术支持系统，及时答复技术咨询以及进行保修预审批
- 提供现场技术支持、总结维修案例、优化维修方案，更新培训内容
- 负责制定终端技术管理和技术能力提升规划
- 掌握新产品技术信息，输出相应的新产品新技术培训计划，
- 编写培训教材，进行培训教材内容验证，实施技术培训，
- 负责疑难技术问题的解决，远程诊断管理兼任线上技术类问询闭环
- 负责持续提升门店技术能力，发布TPI，跟踪市场技术活动落地;
- 负责开发管理车辆维修诊断仪和专用工具；
- 负责编制所有在售车辆拆解手册，所有车型国家信息公开化维护管理；

### 生源资质
- 本科及以上学历。

### 专业要求
- 车辆工程、汽车服务工程、机械自动化等。

### 证书要求
- 能正常取得国家颁发的毕业证及学位证。

### 在校表现
- 党员、优秀毕业生、学生干部等优先考虑。

### 其他要求
- 身体健康，热爱汽车行业，乐于奉献，敢于挑战。
