## Job description

掌握整车乘员保护开发专业知识，成功完成至少2款车型的相关工作； 同时掌握前碰、侧碰乘员保护开发知识者优先； 有ENCAP官方试验经验者优先； 能及时发现、处置CAE&试验问题，积极主动拉动资源解决问题； 创新性思维和工作习惯，能不断学习和使用创新的工作方法，开展性能开发工作； 能参与编制流程规范、参与制订企业标准； 完成领导交办的其他工作。

### 学历/学位

大学硕士或以上学历。

### 专业

车辆工程、机械工程、自动化等相关专业。

### 专业知识和技能

掌握车身、底盘、动力、电器等汽车专业知识； 熟知整车安全开发流程，历经至少2个以上完整的项目开发过程； 熟知汽车结构碰撞安全、了解碰撞电安全保护开发工作； 熟知CNCAP、CIASI等法规的安全性能开发要求； 沟通意愿良好，能与安全开发团队充分交流合作；能够与外部门工程师高效沟通合作、推动问题解决； 有英语工作基础。
