## Job description
- 负责车载语音软件模块开发、算法集成、接口设计与功能实现。
- 承担语音ASR/NLU/TTS/唤醒/降噪等能力的软件开发与调试。
- 参与语音软件需求分析、方案设计、单元测试与问题定位修复。
- 协同产品、测试、系统、算法团队完成语音功能联调与体验优化。
- 保障语音功能车规级稳定性、性能指标与量产交付要求。
- 负责模块级代码规范、技术沉淀与团队内技术支撑。
- 本科及以上，计算机、软件相关，10年以上车载语音或嵌入式软件开发经验。
- 精通车载 OS、中间件、IPC/SOME/IP通信机制。

### 熟悉语音全链路开发
- ASR、NLU、唤醒、降噪、回声消除、多轮对话等。
- 具备需求理解、模块设计、问题排查、性能优化与量产交付能力。
- 熟悉车规开发、测试流程、DV/PV、问题闭环机制。
