## Job description
- 针对欧洲、中东等海外大区动力总成及零部件售后故障、客户质量反馈，建立区域质量台账，定期开展失效数据统计、TOP问题根因分析和闭环管理。
- 属地现场质量问题快速响应，牵头联合海外品质、客户端开展故障拆解、试验判定，及时输出临时遏制方案，避免批量故障。
- 主导海外客户质量投诉、PPM超标、零部件索赔事项对接，按时提交8D、整改验证报告，达成客户质量验收要求。
- 对内联动研发、工艺、供应链工厂，同步输出海外专项改善需求，推动设计、工艺、物料优化整改落地。
- 输出大区月度/季度质量绩效报告，制定区域质量降损目标，持续管控市场故障率、降低售后索赔成本。

### 生源资质
- 本科及以上学历。

### 专业要求
- 车辆、机械、电子、电气、计算机。

### 证书要求
- 能正常取得国家颁发的毕业证及学位证、英语通过四六级。

### 在校表现
- 党员、优秀毕业生、学生干部等优先考虑。

### 其他要求
- 身体健康，热爱汽车行业，乐于奉献，敢于挑战。
