## Job description

### 整车动总NVH问题排查，方案制定、验证
- 整车动总NVH问题排查编制，汇报；
- 整车动总NVH能力建设

### 学历
- 大学本科及以上学历；汽车，机械相关专业；

### 工作经验
- 5年及以上相关经验，主机厂或相关供应商均可，熟悉ICE、PHEV、REEV动总方面NVH问题的排查方法和改进方案。

### 职业素养要求
- 责任心强、沟通能力强、积极主动、诚实正直，抗压能力较强；
- 熟练运用LMS，Head Artemis等专业软件及常用办公软件
- 较强的管控能力、工作推进能力、执行能力及沟通交际能力。
