## Job description

### 负责核心模型研发
- 负责机器人具身大模型的全链路研发，包括数据处理、模型预训练、后训练优化及真机部署，确保模型在实际场景中的高效性和准确性

### 负责数据工程建设
- 主导大规模机器人数据集的采集、清洗、标注和管理工作，构建高质量的多模态数据pipeline，为模型预训练提供坚实基础

### 负责端到端模型训练
- 参与VLA、VLN、世界模型等的预训练架构设计，并负责真机环境下的后训练，实现在线学习能力提升

### 负责前沿技术跟踪
- 持续跟踪具身智能领域的前沿进展（包括最新论文、开源项目等），快速验证并将先进技术落地到产品中，推动模型性能持续迭代

### 生源资质
- 博士及以上学历。

### 专业要求
- 计算机、自动化、机器人、人工智能、机械电子工程等相关专业。

### 证书要求
- 能正常取得国家颁发的毕业证及学位证。

### 在校表现
- 党员、优秀毕业生、学生干部等优先考虑。

### 其他要求
- 身体健康，热爱机器人行业，乐于奉献，敢于挑战。
