## Job description
- LFP/NCM，钠电等多体系产品配方或电解液配方设计开发；
- 按照工程师方案完成电芯小批量样品制作，记录分析实验原始数据；
- 负责电池电化学性能测试，执行常温 / 高低温循环、倍率、高温存储、内阻监测等测试任务，整理测试数据、绘制图表并汇总成测试报告；
- 电池失效分析及体系配方进行产品导入；
- 知识产权撰写。

### 生源资质
- 博士及以上学历。

### 专业要求
- 电池材料（正极/负极/电解液）、电化学、有机化学、物理化学等

### 证书要求
- 能正常取得国家颁发的毕业证及学位证。
