## Job description
- 研究零部件产业链垂直整合策略，制定相关垂直整合举措，并推进实施；
- 负责集团各小组垂直整合工作的推进、跟踪和评价；
- 协助推动集团三化和白盒化工作；
- 供应商品类策略管理及品类规划；
- 供应商寻源及供应资源池建设；
- 潜在供应商资源审核及认证；
- 流程体系建设；
- 成本体系建设；

### 教育背景
- 全日制本科及以上；

### 工作经验
- 八年以上整车企业工作经验；

### 技能要求
- 从事过生产零部件供应商管理及采购管理工作； 熟悉项目采购、生产采购流程，熟悉研发流程更好；有丰富的供应链管理理论，熟悉成本体系，有采购成本管理经验优先；有流程体系构建经验；

### 职业素养
- 良好的学习能力，较强的概括总结能力，较好的英语表达能力者优先；

### 其他
- 年龄40岁及以下；
