## Job description
- 参与设备的调研、考察、合同谈判；学习并掌握所管理的设备设施使用和维护技术，参与和监督设备的安装调试，验收工作。
- 制定所管理设备设施安全操作规程，制定设备维修技术方案，提出设备设施预修理计划，备件计划；提出所管理设备改造更新（升级）计划及方案。
- 对设备故障的原因进行统计、分析，提出纠正措施，降低设备的故障率，建立设备维修质量、维修成本控制。
- 负责所管理设备设施日常保养、维修、点检、巡查管理工作。

### 学历
- 本科及以上学历，汽车、电子电器、自动化等理工科专业专业；
- 成绩优异，无挂科；
- 团队合作意识、交流沟通能力较强者优先。
