## Job description
- 负责车间年度经营计划和目标制定,建立健全车间目标计划管理体系,优化内部流程,确保年度目标达成;
- 负责车间生产管理,确保完成产量目标;
- 负责车间质量管理,建立完善车间质量监控及评估体系,达成质量管理目标；
- 负责车间设备工装管理,推行TPS管理,设备自主保全;
- 负责车间生产成本管理,完成成本控制目标,实现降本增效;
- 负责车间现场安全管理,实现现场5S达标、安全零事故;
- 负责车间员工技能提升。
- 具有本科及以上学历，机械及自动化、汽车工程、企业管理等相关专业；
- 具有8年以上汽车行业工作经验者优先；
- 熟练掌握OFFICE办公软件；
- 熟悉汽车产品开发过程、制造工艺、零部件质量管理等；

### 身体状况要求
- 身体健康。
