## Job description
- 协助实验室创新经理完成二级实验室技术项目的进度、交付、质量、技术、价值等管理；
- 负责技术项目具体管理指标的推进落实；
- 负责技术项目各类重难点问题的推进和会议组织。

### 教育背景
- 本科及以上学历；汽车、电气工程及自动化、电子、软件、管理、技术情报等相关专业优先；

### 工作经验
- 3年及以上工作经验；

### 专业知识
- 熟悉汽车行业新技术发展动态；熟悉项目/技术项目管理，熟悉汽车构造和汽车理论、新能源汽车先进技术的知识；

### 能力要求
- 具备宽广视野与创新意识，对前沿技术有较深刻的认识和理解，优秀的技术洞察能力；具备较强快速的跨领域学习能力；具备较强的项目管理经验、统筹协调、团队管理、前瞻技术敏锐度等方面的能力和经验；能够自驱及开创精神，抗压能力强；具备较强的自驱力；具备软件开发管理经验者优先。
