## Job description
- 与研究院各部门建立常态化沟通机制，收集研发成果、技术亮点、技术突破，形成技术内容素材库；
- 熟悉了解技术亮点，结合技术亮点策划技术传播活动、事件、话题方案等形成传播扩散；
- 建设运营公众号/自媒体账号，包括账号内容策划、制作、账号活跃数据监测提升等；
- 统筹内外部资源对接与现场执行，确保活动高质量开展；

### 生源资质
- 本科/硕士及以上学历。

### 专业要求
- 市场营销、新闻传播、经济管理、汽车工程等相关专业优先。

### 综合能力
- 具备良好的沟通表达、团队协作能力，具有较强的学习能力、协调能力和多任务处理能力

### 工作态度
- 积极进取，适应快节奏研发环境，乐于接受新事物
