## Job description
- 参与BMS产品的先进系统架构设计，主导BMS产品的软件架构设计开发
- 负责BMS（电池管理系统）应用层软件需求分析、架构设计及策略制定，使用MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow进行应用层功能模块（如状态机、热管理、均衡控制）的开发。
- 开发融合交流阻抗、端云协同等前沿BMS技术软件功能模块
- 硕士及以上学历，电子、计算机、汽车等相关专业；
- 精通MATLAB/Simulink建模及代码生成，熟悉MBD开发流程；精通C语言，具备良好的编程习惯。
- 深入理解锂电池（磷酸铁锂/三元）工作特性及老化机理；熟悉电池管理系统的关键算法逻辑（SOC/SOH）及控制策略（上下电、故障诊断）。
- 熟悉CAN、LIN等车载网络通讯协议，了解UDS、XCP等标定与诊断协议；熟练使用CANoe、CANalyzer、INCA等工具。 4. 了解Autosar软件架构或ISO 26262功能安全标准者优先。
