## Job description
- 负责协助开展eVTOL飞行动力学模型的建立与维护，参与旋翼性能、固定翼性能的计算分析，以及操纵性与稳定性分析等工作。
- 负责协助开展飞行性能分析、飞行仿真与优化工作，参与性能评估模型的建立，量化分析起降、巡航、续航、机动等核心性能指标。
- 负责参与飞行试验的数据采集与整理工作，协助完成飞行试验数据的处理与分析，编写飞行试验报告及相关技术文档。
- 负责协助开展飞行动力学相关仿真工具的开发与维护，参与性能计算工具软件的搭建与测试工作。
- 负责配合控制律设计团队，参与参数整定、仿真验证等工作，提供操稳特性数据支撑飞控算法迭代。
- 负责参与飞行动力学相关技术文档的编制与归档，配合跨专业团队推进项目研发，协助解决相关技术问题

### 生源资质
- 硕士及以上学历。

### 专业要求
- 飞行器设计、飞行力学、航空宇航科学与技术、控制科学与工程（飞行控制方向）、空气动力学、工程力学等相关专业。
- 具备扎实的飞行力学理论基础，熟悉飞行器运动方程、飞行性能计算、操纵性与稳定性分析方法。
