## Job description
- 负责科室年度业务计划策划、制定和经营总结；
- 负责制造过程问题推动、改进，管理机制的维护；
- 负责新产品质量管理；
- 负责建立各车型整车及过程质量标准；
- 负责检验工艺开展；
- 负责参与制造过程APQP小组工作策划与项目落实。

### 教育与专业
- 本科及以上学历，机械工程、汽车工程、材料科学、工业工程、质量管理或相关专业。

### 工作经验要求
- 5年以上汽车制造、机械制造或相关行业的质量管理经验，至少1年以上团队管理或项目管理经验；

### 职业素养要求
- 认同公司的质量方针、质量目标、公司宗旨和企业文化。

### 特殊资格/条件要求
- 熟悉汽车制造或机械制造的工艺流程，包括冲压、焊接、涂装、总装等环节；

### 身体状况要求
- 身体健康。
