## Job description

### 数据建模与特征工程
- 构建和优化机器学习模型（如推荐系统、预测模型），设计并实现高质量特征，支持模型训练与业务增长。

### 海量数据Pipeline搭建
- 构建从数据采集、清洗到模型训练的全流程自动化数据管道，解决数据偏差、隐私保护及多源数据融合等技术挑战。

### 实验设计与因果推断
- 主导A/B实验全流程，通过因果推断、实验科学等方法验证评估策略的效果和价值，量化推荐模型效果。

### 业务指标体系建设
- 规划并搭建业务数据指标体系和分析体系，开发自动化数据看板，为业务团队提供决策支持。

### 数据闭环与模型迭代
- 通过在线学习或联邦学习持续优化模型，监控模型性能（离线/在线指标），确保线上服务的稳定性和效果。 统计学/数据科学/计算机等相关专业，硕士及以上学历； 精通Python/SQL，具备因果推断/A/B实验设计/特征工程开发经验； 熟练使用Spark/Flink/Hadoop等大数据处理工具，有自动化数据Pipeline搭建经验； 熟悉机器学习经典算法（XGBoost/LR），了解大模型应用（如智能匹配/文本分析）者优先； 具备跨团队协作能力，能快速定位并解决数据偏差与业务指标异常问题。
