## Job description
- 负责物流运营和日常流程体系；
- 负责部门KPI目标与绩效管理；
- 负责月/周度工作计划与总结收集与整合；
- 负责各级任务过程跟踪与督促；
- 负责周度会议安排与组织；
- 负责集团物流一体化运营推进；
- 负责各部门物流运营业绩评价；
- 完成领导交办的其他任务。

### 教育与专业
- 本科及以上学历，汽车制造、企业管理、物流管理、物流工程等相关专业；

### 工作经验
- 3年以上整车制造业物流运营工作经验；熟悉物流管理流程、企业运营组织与绩效管理；

### 职业素养要求
- 有较好的组织和沟通协调能力；

### 特殊资格/条件要求
- 熟练运用EXCEL、PPT、WORD等办公软件。
