## Job description

1、技术牵头拉动团队完成国内车型车联网终端产品5G-TBOX、卫星通信BOX、数字钥匙系统的系统设计、产品开发方案及平台化推广，并建立设计流程及规范； 2、影响并带领团队变得有活力，能自发组织提升团队视野和能力； 3、70％时间负责产品系统方案设计及实施落地，30％时间负责内外沟通、项目协调、质量保证和培养新晋工程师； 4、超一流的技术熟练度及技术管理能力，能指导团队工程师采用合适的技术方案完成设计目标。

### 教育背景
- 本科及以上学历，汽车、物联网、电子信息、通信、自动化、计算机、车辆工程等相关专业；

### 工作经验
- 10年以上车联网终端或数字钥匙产品系统设计开发相关经验，熟悉汽车行业技术发展趋势；

### 专业知识
- 掌握汽车智能化功能及车联网、数字钥匙前沿技术，熟练掌握市场调研方法，洞悉车联网智能化功能的用户场景；

### 能力要求
- 具备产品和用户思维，具备优秀的沟通能力、推动能力、协调能力、自我驱动力强，团队协作能力，对全流程设计方法有深入理解并熟练应用。
