## Job description
- 本科及以上学历；工业设计、服装设计、艺术设计、交通工具设计等相关专业；
- 汽车色彩设计工作经验，有不少于3个项目色彩开发经验；
- 具有较强的创新思维与沟通交流能力，较强的技术管理和指导能力；
- 良好的沟通协调能力和团队协作能力，良好的英文表达和交流能力。
- 负责整车的色彩装饰设计，为概念项目和量产项目提供高质量设计方案，通过效果图展示高质量的设计方案；
- 需要优秀的设计品味和设计技能，熟悉汽车色彩装饰设计的流程，了解色彩装饰设计的设计趋势，能提供前瞻的色彩设计方案；
- 具有对汽车色彩设计领域的趋势有敏锐的感知； 5、和相关部门沟通推动项目进展；和色彩材料供应商协作开发符合要求的色彩材料；并管理项目开发中的色彩材料库； 6、能合理解决在设计到生产过程中问题；为模型车和量产车制作提供色彩设计解决方案； 7、熟练运用色彩设计软件（PS,AI,VRED等）。
