## Job description
- 协助二级实验室负责人开展实验室总体建设和创新技术开发管理工作。
- 作为BMS软件三级实验室负责人，负责实验室的日常管理、项目规划、申报、人才培养等工作；
- 从事实验室自研课题、产学研合作课题研究；
- 负责BMS产品的软件架构设计、技术方案制定，底层软件开发和文档输出；
- 负责BMS新开发产品的集成、验证、测试、确认；
- 负责BMS核心算法研发与实现、策略研究和实现；
- 硕士及以上学历，电子、计算机、汽车等相关专业；
- 具有 5年以上 BMS 软件开发经验，在电池管理领域有深厚的技术积累。
- 有多个成功的 BMS 软件开发项目经验，熟悉整个开发流程和行业标准，了解ASPICE开发流程优先；
- 具备卓越的问题解决能力和技术创新能力，能够独立完成复杂的技术任务。
