## Job description
- 负责实验室招聘全流程运营，包括需求对接、渠道管理、简历筛选、面试安排及offer跟进；
- 搭建并优化人才数据看板，定期输出招聘效率分析报告，驱动流程迭代；
- 参与新员工入职体验设计，落地onboarding计划，跟踪试用期融入情况；
- 协助组织文化活动、技术沙龙、团建等，推动实验室组织氛围建设； 维护人力资源信息系统，确保人员台账、合同、考勤等基础数据准确完整。
- 硕士及以上学历，人力资源管理、心理学、工商管理等相关专业优先；
- 具备较强的数据分析能力，熟练使用Excel/飞书多维表格等工具；
- 沟通表达清晰，具备服务意识，能主动推动跨部门协作；
- 对前沿科技行业有好奇心，愿意深入了解飞行汽车/低空经济领域。
