## Job description

### 算法模型设计与开发
- 针对业务场景（如推荐系统、智能客服、风控等），设计并实现机器学习/深度学习算法模型（如分类、回归、NLP、CV等）。

### 数据处理与特征工程
- 清洗、预处理大规模结构化/非结构化数据，构建高质量特征工程，挖掘数据潜在规律以提升模型效果。

### 模型训练调优与评估
- 负责模型的训练、超参数调优及性能评估，通过A/B测试等科学方法验证算法迭代效果，解决过拟合/欠拟合等问题。

### 工程化部署与上线
- 将算法模型转化为稳定、高效的线上服务，进行模型压缩、量化加速，解决在线推理的实时性与稳定性问题。

### 技术研究与创新
- 跟踪业界前沿算法进展，将理论成果快速应用于实际任务中，探索大模型在更多未来场景中的应用。
- 计算机/软件工程/应用数学等相关专业，硕士及以上学历；
- 精通Python/C++，具备NLP/CV/推荐系统开发经验；
- 熟练使用TensorFlow/PyTorch等深度学习框架，有模型量化/蒸馏/加速部署经验；
- 熟悉Transformer/CNN等主流模型架构，了解大模型微调（LoRA/SFT）或RAG技术者优先；
- 具备跨团队协作能力，能快速定位并解决模型过拟合与线上推理延迟问题。
