## Job description
- 新产品的先期生产准备；
- 质量、工艺改进及相关评审，工序能力平衡与优化；
- 试装跟踪与装配问题改进；
- 质量/环境/计量体系维护；
- 制定质量、工艺改进方案；
- 工艺编排和工艺文件优化等。 6、工艺编排和工艺文件优化等。

### 教育与专业
- 本科及以上学历，材料、焊接、化工、高分子、车辆工程、机械类专业；

### 工作经验要求
- 3年及以上汽车主机厂工艺或者制造工作经验；

### 职业素养要求
- 具有较强的组织协调和分析总结能力，善于创新、主动性强、执行力强；

### 特殊资格/条件要求
- 熟练掌握OFFICE办公软件；

### 身体状况要求
- 身体健康。
