### 教育背景
- 双一流本科以上

### 工作经验
- 10年以上汽车开发经验，含3年以上整车项目管理经验.

### 专业知识
- 熟悉整车项目管理，熟悉汽车结构和前沿技术。
- 具有丰富的丰田汽车CE产品管理体系经验。
- 开展整车项目发展规划和年度工作计划；
- 项目管理工作的执行；
- 严格按照公司的项目开发流程和相关管理办法对项目进行管理，搭建项目组织机构，制定项目计划；
- 拉动项目成员做产品开发过程的活动策划，负责对产品开发过程中资源计划的协调，问题的升级推动及Q\C\D的平衡；
