## Job description
- 负责孵化车主KOC，以及长线运营和维系KOC，形成KOC运营机制和奖励机制。不断优化运营策略，实现社区活跃的稳定良性增长；
- 形成KOC矩阵，针对不同类型KOC规划并产出有传播力的内容，包括图文、视频等形式，对内容质量负责；
- 负责与KOC、用户进行沟通及建联，群管理及KOC的搭建，并进行维护和管理；
- 与各业务部门合作进行资源整合与协调，搭建优质PGC和UGC内容的生产及传播链条，持续拓展内容分发渠道；
- 保持敏感度，有丰富的用户管理及舆情处理经验，善于发现并解决问题。
- 本科及以上学历，市场营销、汽车相关专业；
- 具备8年以上汽车主机厂工作经验，有新能源汽车一线销售服务及售后服务工作背景；
- 具备成就导向、分析思维、灵活应变等职业素质；
- 熟练使用excel、word、PPT等办公软件。
