## Job description

### 人力资源规划
- 根据公司人力资源规划、政策，制定保障部门业务达成的人力资源策略，并根据策略制定相应的措施、工作计划并实施；协助业务领导组织开展日常人力资源管理工作，并提供专业的支持与服务；

### 招聘与配置
- 负责公司人员招聘，根据公司生产计划安排，积极配合公司人员调配与安排，确保满足生产需要；

### 薪酬福利
- 在总部人力资源管理政策及制度的框架下，制定公司的薪资福利等相关政策，进行公司薪资核算工作；并完成公司员工社保、公积金、档案及户口办理等日常事务性工作；

### 行政后勤
- 负责公司行政后勤体系的建立，并监督业务的日常运营。

### 教育与专业
- 工商管理、行政、人力资源或相关专业，本科及以上学历；

### 工作经验要求
- 五年以上相关工作经验，3年以上制造企业带团队工作经验；

### 职业素养要求
- 作风正派、人际影响好；

### 特殊资格/条件要求
- 有好的沟通表达能力；

### 身体状况要求
- 身体健康，无传染性疾病。
