## Job description
- 负责保险杠系统（保险杠、底护板）的设计开发工作。
- 负责零部件的系统选型、断面设计、结构设计、方案设计、接口设计、造型可行性分析和工艺分析等工作。
- 管控零部件开发计划，并推进成本、质量、性能目标的实施和达成。
- 制定零部件的技术标准、试验规范、数据、图纸等技术文件。
- 负责SOR编制和发布，参与供应商开发和管理。
- 精通保险杠系统（保险杠、底护板）的设计，具有问题识别能力，实物装车问题解决能力，售后问题解决能力。
- 负责新技术研究和应用。

### 教育与专业
- 全日制大学本科及以上学历，汽车、机械相关专业；

### 工作经验
- 要求5年以上相关领域工作经验，具备2款及以上完整项目开发经验。
- 熟悉汽车OEM设计开发流程。
- 熟悉保险杠系统（保险杠、底护板）法规、设计要求和开发流程，和生产技 术(模具、工装等)的详细知识；
- 具有实物和虚拟验证经验，熟悉DVP编制及了解相关标准；
- 了解CAE仿真工具，熟练掌握CAD软件操作 (CATIA)；
- 具备良好的问题解决能力、协调沟通能力及良好的供应商管理能力；
- 能适应项目出差，根据项目节点需求分解工作；
