## Job description
- 负责上部车身系统集成开发，零部件开发与管理、车型从概念设计到SOP全生命周期的技术开发工作(前舱、地板、车身平台架构、侧门、前后盖、铰链、升降器、滑门驱动、电动锁、车身水密封、防腐、结构优化)
- 负责上部车身新技术，新材料，新工艺的研究及应用
- 负责上部车身的模块化、通用化、标准化的策划、推进和应用，并对工程开发质量的构成和管理负责
- 负责上部车身，技术指导，人员培训工作

### 负责建立负责上部车身系统的零部件checklist、设计指南以及产品数据库； 学历
- 本科及以上 专业：车辆工程、机械设计相关 工作经验：车身骨架相关工作经验5年及以上(具备前舱、地板、车身平台架构、侧门、前后盖、铰链、升降器、滑门驱动、电动锁、车身水密封、防腐、结构优化任意方向)
- 具备较强的技术协调和组织能力，具有较强的侧围系统指导能力；具有一定的沟通能力和总结能力；
- 能熟练操作AUTOCAD、CATIA等各类设计软件及常用办公软件；
- 熟悉公司的失效模式及后果分析(DFMEA/PFMEA、设计变更流程等相关公司程序文件；
