## Job description

### 场景标签体系建设
- 设计并维护智能驾驶场景标签体系（Scene/Scenario Tagging），对海量路采数据进行多维度打标与分类。

### 长尾场景挖掘
- 针对自动驾驶中的 Corner Case（长尾/极端场景）和困难场景，设计挖掘策略与算法，从海量数据中高效召回高价值数据。

### 因果分析与检索
- 对特定交通事件或接管数据进行因果分析，开发视频/图像检索算法，支持快速定位相似场景。

### 自动标注算法开发
- 研发和优化自动标注（Auto-Labeling）算法，利用大模型或传统视觉算法对图像、点云数据进行预标注，降低人工标注成本。

### 数据清洗与质量控制
- 开发数据清洗规则与算法，剔除无效、冗余或低质量数据，确保训练数据集的纯净度与准确性。

### 多模态数据处理
- 处理 Camera、LiDAR、毫米波雷达等多传感器数据，进行时间同步、空间标定及数据对齐。

### 深度学习框架

熟练使用 PyTorch、TensorFlow 等主流深度学习框架。

### 基础模型

熟悉常见的机器学习与深度学习算法（如 CNN、RNN、Transformer、GBDT、RF 等），掌握目标检测、语义分割、多目标跟踪、分类、聚类、回归、异常检测等方法。

### 大模型技术（当前核心要求）

熟悉多模态大模型（VLM）、大语言模型（LLM）的原理与应用。 具备大模型的预训练、微调（SFT、DPO、GRPO 等）、评测及部署经验。 了解 Agent Framework、RAG、Prompt Engineering、CoT 等前沿技术。

### 视频与多模态处理

具备视频理解、视频分析、视频打标签、视频检索等算法设计开发能力
