## Job description

### 干部相关工作（以下工作内容之一）
- 协助完成干部选拔、考察、任免、备案等相关流程性、事务性工作，确保干部任免工作的规范、准确、高效。协助策划、组织、实施干部教育培训项目，参与干部培养体系建设相关工作，助力干部能力素质提升。
- 协助开展干部日常监督、考核评价、激励关怀、信息管理等工作，保障干部队伍稳定性和效能。
- 协助优化部门内部流程、数据治理与分析、知识管理、信息化系统应用与推广、会议与活动统筹协调、内务管理等工作，提升组织部整体工作效能和专业化水平。

### 生源资质
- 本科及以上学历。

### 专业要求
- 人力资源管理、心理学相关专业优先。

### 证书要求
- 能正常取得国家颁发的毕业证及学位证。 英语六级证书。

### 在校表现
- 党员、优秀毕业生、学生干部等优先考虑。

### 其他要求
- 身体健康，热爱汽车行业，乐于奉献，敢于挑战。
