## Job description
- 根据公司战略发展规划，制定分管模块采购职能的中长期发展规划，制定采购策略，主导采购工作，实现采购业务转型；
- 根据业务需求，对采购目录进行审视及评估，定期迭代采购目录，优化采购流程；
- 整合采购资源，实现资源共享，提高采购效率；
- 协调内外部资源，处理采购过程中出现的问题，保证采购活动的正常开展；
- 监管采购团队专业能力的提升与业务创新。

### 教育背景
- 本科及以上学历；

### 工作经验
- 10年以上采购管理经验，有自动驾驶、新能源、底盘、动总采购、国际项目采购、战略采购、采购体系建设、带团队经验者优先考虑；

### 专业能力
- 熟悉采购工作流程，掌握采购业务技能，熟悉垂直整合业务模式；

### 管理能力
- 具备良好的沟通能力、组织协调能力、商务谈判能力、商务管理能力；

### 其它要求
- 有主机厂采购管理经验优先。
