## Job description
- 负责智能座舱 AI 数据体系和评测体系规划，建立数据生产、管理、验收及迭代闭环
- 建设覆盖对话、Agent、Skill、记忆、多模态及主动服务的测试集和评测集
- 设计任务成功率、意图准确率、工具调用成功率、幻觉率、响应时延等核心指标
- 组织数据采集、清洗、标注、审核、版本管理和问题数据回流，支持模型训练及产品优化
- 建设自动化评测、人工评测、实车评测和线上数据监控机制，输出版本准入结论
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上智能座舱、AI助手、智能体或互联网产品经验
- 能将复杂用户需求拆解为 Agent、Skill、工具及交互流程，具备较强的场景抽象能力
- 熟悉大模型、Function Calling、RAG、MCP、工作流或多智能体的基本原理
- 具备完整的 PRD、流程图、原型及项目推进能力，能够协调算法、研发、测试和业务团队
- 有智能汽车、语音助手、车控、导航或跨端协同量产经验者优先。
