## Job description

负责分解整车及Pack对电芯需求，负责电芯选型及技术对接； 负责电芯技术路线调研分析，电池前瞻技术跟进； 负责匹配整车各工况电池包电性能需求； 负责电池包电化学安全评估； 负责电池包电池寿命评估； 负责电池包电性能相关测试验证； 负责电池包电性能相关的DFMEA编制； 协同BMS、热管理策略，制定电池应用策略； 跟踪法规认证试验状态以及电池验证状态。 本科及以上学历，化学与环境工程、材料工程、电化学方向； 三年以上电芯开发或电池系统电芯应用经验，经历过完整项目开发； 了解锂离子电池性能特点和主要失效模式，并能针对性地进行改善； 具备良好的数据分析及建模能力，熟悉基本的数据分析方法，能够应用基础的数据分析工具，会使用CAN工具或者Catia工具的优先； 了解电池系统和整车开发流程，熟悉电芯的应用和测试，熟悉行业相关的标准法规。
