## Job description
- 负责对400坐席、用户在线技术问题的解答，包含产品功能、质量问题、维修方案等解答；
- 负责对市场常见问题整理形成案例知识库；
- 对新能源3级报警问题的跟踪处理；
- 完善及使用远程诊断平台对用户车辆在线诊断支持；

### 教育及专业
- 本科及以上学历，车辆工程、软件类相关专业

### 工作经验要求
- 3年以上车辆维修或相关工作经验

### 职业素养要求
- 语言表达能力强，对车辆熟悉，系统理论熟悉

### 特殊资格/条件要求
- 无
