### 教育背景
- 大学本科及以上学历

### 工作经验
- 有合资、自主车企工作经验，具有英语口译能力优先

### 专业知识
- 产品开发、项目管理、行政运营管理

### 能力要求
- 善于策划，理性沟通协调能力，流程和机制编写能力
- 合作项目管理工作，包括项目经营目标监控、月度计划跟踪、任务分配和执行监控等；
- 产品经营体系建立，关键业务目标更新，销量、边际、效率提升、成本改善活动的总体管控，项目信息管理(对内对外)
- 合作项目相关的数据集成及管理，与内外部团队建立良好的沟通，推进项目进展；
- 合作项目联合决策会议、联合研讨会的筹备、执行等工作，包括组织筹备推进会、会议开展执行、与专家进行沟通与协调、材料整理归档等；
- 合作项目法律文档、技术文档等相关知识管理。
