## Job description

### 全过程质量改进
- 为了提升产品过程质量，完善过程质量控制体系，带领本科室工程师推动全过程质量问题改进，拉动生产部门完善质量控制流程；为了保证零部件的质量水平，组织对过程零部件的试装效果进行跟踪、验证；为了保证制造过程产生的不合格品得到及时有效的处理，组织过程不合格品的评审并对结果进行仲裁；为了明确降级、报废等质损车辆的质量水平，减少因此给公司带来的损失，组织对降级、报废等质损车辆进行质量鉴定；

### 重大质量问题处理
- 为了确保生产现场、售前PDI、售后市场反馈的重大质量问题及时有效的解决，组织和指导本科室质量工程师带领各单位质量人员调查、分析，制定解决措施；

### 冲焊技术改进
- 根据公司生产计划和质量目标，对冲焊车间过程中的疑难问题给予组织并解决；冲焊检验文件的编制；功能尺寸指标分解并推动问题整改；NQST问题进行推动解决；白车身AUDIT管控等。

### 教育与专业
- 汽车、机械或管理相关专业，本科及以上学历；

### 工作经验要求
- 五年以上相关工作经验；其中至少三年团队管理经验；

### 职业素养要求
- 作风正派、人际影响好；

### 特殊资格/条件要求
- 高度的敬业精神和工作激情、乐观的工作态度；

### 身体状况要求
- 身体健康。
