## Job description
- 负责侧围可行性分析/断面制作/数据发布/零部件认可/试装及相关系统和零部件试验问题推动和解决
- 负责达成车身骨架的五级目标指标要求（刚度/模态/NVH/安全性能等）；
- 负责侧围相关能力建设工作，数据库收集工作，技术文献和流程的编制工作；
- 负责项目开发相关节点交付物的编制工作，同时参与评审及校对工作，同时按照年/季/月度KPI分解的工作保证按计划完成；
- 参与项目开发过程问题与其他专业的对接和协调工作（数据边界问题/试制问题等）
- 大学本科以上学历，车辆工程、机械设计制造及其自动化、材料等汽车相关专业。
- 本科3年、硕士2年及以上整车上部车身（侧围/顶盖/加油口盖/等）零部件开发经验；
- 掌握IATF16949及产品的质量工具QFD、DOE、汽车行业五大手册（APQP、FMEA、PPAP、MSA 、SPC）的运用。
- 熟练掌握汽车制造四大工艺、尺寸工程等相关专业知识；熟练掌握车身结构、性能、目标知识和车身开发、验证流程方法；
- 同时针对数据阶段和验证阶段发发现的问题（骨架结构问题/NVH问题/刚度模态问题/骨架安全性能提升问题等，提出系统解决方案，拉动相关部门至问题闭环；
- 熟悉汽车整车的国家标准、行业标准及相关国家政策和法规，熟练掌握车身相关的国内外标准、政策和法规。
- 熟悉国内汽车行业、国际汽车行业、汽车头部企业，掌握汽车互联网、汽车智能化、电动化等行业动态；
- 熟练运用CATIA/UG制图软件，运用软件进行相关的典型截面制作/数据建模及校核，同时熟练运用常用办公软件
