## Job description
- 负责新能源汽车（BEV、PHEV、REEV、HEV等）高压线束、充电座、高压连接器、PDU等产品开发；
- 编制产品开发过程文件及交付物；
- 产品开发过程问题解决； 负责与所在专业领域相关的专业技术攻关、跨专业技术及资源协调相关工作；
- 供应商沟通与管理；
- 负责组织梳理高压系统产品竞争力分析、竞品分析等工作；"

### 学历
- 大学本科及以上学历；车辆工程、机械制造、机电一体化、控制工程、电气工程及自动化、电力电子、计算机等相关专业；

### 工作经验
- 本科5年及以上工作经验（或硕士3年以上工作经验），具备高压或低压线束、充电座、高压连接器、PDU等相关开发工作经验；

### 职业素养要求
- 责任心强、沟通能力强、积极主动、诚实正直，抗压能力较强；
- 具备项目开发管理经验及带团队经验者优先；"
