## Job description

完成尺寸工程各节点的项目交付物，组织尺寸组内会议以及跨专业的尺寸工程相关会议； 负责尺寸工程开发包括车身和内外饰零件的DTS、GD&T、尺寸链分析，根据GD&T图纸支持检具、夹具基准方案的确认，测点的评审； 生产阶段的尺寸问题识别、问题根源解决以及支持匹配，根据需要现场支持Audit问题解决。

### 工作经验

10年以上尺寸工程GD&T开发和后期装车匹配的工作经历，具备尺寸集成管理的经验； 专业技能：熟练掌握尺寸工程策略交付内容包括DTS、基准设计、偏差分析（1维和3维），非常了解汽车ASME GD&T标准，熟悉尺寸工程开发流程和整车开发流程； 职业素养和教育：很好的工作沟通能力以及高效的团队合作能力，流利的英语口语和专业的英语写作能力，工程学位要求，机械工程专业本科以上学历，985/211优先。
