## Job description
- 负责整车操稳性能目标设定、分解与达成；
- 主导操稳性能仿真分析、调校与优化；
- 制定操稳性能开发流程与规范；
- 协调内外资源，解决开发过程中的技术问题；
- 支持车型项目验收与性能评价；
- 跟踪行业技术动态，推动性能开发技术创新。
- 大学本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械工程等相关专业背景。
- 具备10年以上整车操稳性能开发经验，且主导过完整车型项目的性能开发工作。
- 精通车辆动力学理论，熟悉操稳性能开发工具（如CarSim、ADAMS等），掌握国内外相关标准法规。
- 具备较强的分析解决问题能力、跨部门协调能力及项目管理能力。
- 热爱汽车行业，严谨务实，拥有高度责任心和团队协作精神。
- 符合中级以上职称或具有欧盟/北美市场法规经验者优先。
