## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责自动驾驶场景下AI模型（感知、规划、决策等）的量化算法设计、开发与调优，实现模型压缩与加速。
- 设计INT8/INT4/FP16等量化方案，解决量化过程中精度损失、推理速度优化等核心问题，平衡模型性能与实时性。
- 协同算法、车载部署团队，完成量化模型的工程化适配、调试，支撑模型在车载嵌入式平台落地。 任职要求
- 扎实掌握模型量化、深度学习、模型压缩相关理论，熟练使用PyTorch/TensorFlow、Python/C++编程。
- 熟悉常见量化算法（PTQ、QAT等）及工具，有AI模型量化、车载部署相关项目经验优先。
- 社招需有模型量化落地经验；校招需有相关论文/研究经历，具备良好数学功底（线性代数、概率统计等）。
- 具备独立解决技术难题的能力，团队协作与沟通能力强，自驱好学、多任务处理能力强，了解车载硬件特性者优先。
